Each class has its own online Support Group.
The second week of each month is 'Weights Week' where we incorporate weights into the class to build strength, increase metabolic rate and bone density.
Suitable for all ages and abilities,
even if you are new to Pilates,
this class is for you !
Using low impact exercises, we are focusing on balance, posture, strength and flexibility, making it suitable for all levels.
Exercises are adapted for individual ability.
